Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
- Assist with daily store operations and visual merchandising as required.
