Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941, seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations and contribute to omni‑channel selling.

The role blends luxury retail service, clienteling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexible schedule with weekend and peak times expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to work at a fast pace; lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and clienteling.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom; complete daily operational tasks.
