Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
- Experience with POS systems and mobile POS.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
- Support inventory, cash wrap, and store operations daily.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
