Coach in Edina, Minnesota is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support store operations. You will represent the Coach brand, build client relationships, and drive omnichannel selling.

The role requires at least 1 year luxury retail sales, POS experience, and strong English; experience with live-stream/video demos and clienteling is a plus. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
