Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Edina, MN to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling guidance, utilize POS and mobile tools, and contribute to cross-selling, data capture, and brand initiatives to drive loyalty and revenue.

This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a dynamic, luxury‑retail mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and move around the sales floor.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and comfort with social media, live-stream demos, clienteling and data acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow POS and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in required areas and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
