Coach, a global fashion house established in New York, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a high-end shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and contribute to omni-channel selling and team collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems, live-streaming, and social media engagement to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Develop lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom; assist with transactions and daily operations.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
