- Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated service.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize POS systems and mobile tools to process transactions and data.
- Support daily store operations and contribute to KPIs.
