Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with the team to drive loyalty and revenue.

Candidates should have 1+ year of luxury retail sales, POS experience, and strong English. Knowledge of live-stream shopping and social media is a plus; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Foster collaboration and participate in training and inclusion initiatives
