Coach is hiring for a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will operate POS systems, build relationships with clients, and contribute to a team that blends luxury service with omni-channel selling.

The role requires 1+ years in sales (luxury preferred) and strong English proficiency, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Experience operating POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Background in luxury retail, social media usage, and live-stream shopping is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and assist with daily store operations.
