Job summary

Coach seeks a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador for the brand in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and clienteling abilities.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
Build relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
Perform daily tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising.
