Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

As a front‑line ambassador, you’ll build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while utilizing POS and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, organized floor and support inventory flows.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
