Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.

• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and assist with daily operations.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
