The role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, requiring strong English skills, fashion knowledge, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education/experience considered.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer tools, and price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; live-stream/video demos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions including online pickups; support inventory movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training; welcome feedback and stay calm.
