Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States (CA Lake Arrowhead area) to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, leverage omni‑channel selling, and build lasting client relationships while aligning with brand standards.

The role emphasizes fashion knowledge, clienteling, and data capture to drive revenue in a luxury retail environment. Flexibility to work peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and visual merchandising.
