Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and contribute to omni‑channel selling strategies while representing the Coach brand with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and a passion for fashion. The role emphasizes clienteling, data capture, and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background with clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; follow styling/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support inventory and daily store operations; assist teammates as needed.
