Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Handle transactions, returns, exchanges and online pickups.
• Support inventory and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
