Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance and deliver a premium customer experience. You will welcome clients, assist with product selections, and ensure accurate POS operations and smooth stock flow.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, fashion awareness, and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility for a fast-paced environment on the sales floor and adherence to store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience, preferably in luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
