Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with warm client engagement, efficient POS operation, and meticulous stock and merchandising management. You will support day-to-day store duties, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a premium customer experience.

The role requires 1+ year in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and excellent communication. Flex scheduling is included to meet busy periods and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data.
• Receive and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and refreshing merchandising displays.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer needs.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention policies.
