Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, iPad/Laptop, and mobile POS devices.
• Strong English proficiency; reading price sheets is a plus.
• Social media savvy with live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow styling/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; participate in brand initiatives.
