This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The candidate should have 1+ years of sales experience, POS proficiency, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Assist teammates and maintain showroom cleanliness and stockroom organization.
