You will engage clients with styling expertise, use cross-channel tools, and contribute to a premium shopping environment. Previous luxury retail experience and strong English skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Luxury retail background and social media/video experience preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per style & service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions including online pickups.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives.
