Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Wisconsin to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations across omni-channel channels.

The role blends luxury-retail service, clienteling, and data-driven selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Strong English and 1+ years of luxury retail experience are preferred; flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to brand standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
