Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations, blending luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

As a frontline ambassador, you will build client relationships through styling and product expertise, utilize POS and clienteling tools, and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and clienteling skills (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and manage multiple customers
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising)
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
• Support inventory cycles and product movement
• Assist teammates and foster collaboration
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
