Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury‑retail service with omni‑channel selling and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

This role requires proficiency in English, a track record in luxury retail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will support daily store operations and maintain polished customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail or high-end fashion sales.
• Proficiency with POS and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Manage transactions and omnichannel activities using POS and clienteling tools.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and store operations.
