Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized service in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, omni-channel selling, and brand initiatives.

Represent Coach with professionalism, build lasting client relationships, and use POS and clienteling tools to drive repeat business. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required; strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly.
• Experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and assist with stockroom and merchandising tasks.
