Coach, a global luxury fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and achieve personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury service with omni-channel initiatives to build client relationships and drive revenue.

The role requires strong English skills, 1+ year of luxury retail sales, and comfort with POS systems and social platforms. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations
