Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English, with comfort using mobile devices and live-video selling. Flexibility for schedule is required.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Experience with POS operation; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
