Job summary

Coach in Park City seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate across teams to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, using POS and mobile tools, and contributing to visual merchandising while maintaining high energy on the floor. English proficiency required; luxury retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and clienteling capabilities.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy (live demos helpful).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock, and visual merchandising.
