Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with POS operation; basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); walkie-talkie use; reading price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with daily operations.
