Job summary

Coach is a global luxury fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to join our Utah team. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across omni‑channel channels.

As a frontline ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales with tailored recommendations while using POS tools and clienteling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience; fashion knowledge a plus.
• Experience with POS, iPad, laptop, Mobile POS; reading price sheets.
• Able to lift 25 lb; fast-paced environment; flexible schedule.
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail preferred.
• Live-stream shopping or video demos experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, peak season.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers.
• Complete daily operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment).
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and stocked; follow policies.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory shipments and product movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback and stay calm and professional.
