Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide welcoming customer service.

• Build relationships and maintain a client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and designer partnerships.
• Handle POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and wrapping.
• Assist store operations: displays, transfers, and receiving merch.
• Encourage Jenni Kayne Rewards sign-ups and social engagement.
• Provide daily business recaps and feedback to management.
• Support loss prevention and asset security.
