Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales; women's upper contemporary, multi-label or luxury designer preferred.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work during peak periods including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge/experience with POS and Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Communicate effectively to determine customer needs.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain an updated client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
• Handle all POS transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
• Assist with store operations: displays, stock transfers, receiving merchandise.
• Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and social media engagement.
• Provide feedback to management and write daily business recaps.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention per policies.
