Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience; luxury or multi-label experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects (20 lbs).
• Proficient with POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming service.
• Communicate with customers to determine needs.
• Build and maintain a client book and relationships.
• Handle POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, and gift cards.
• Assist with store operations and merchandise receiving.
