Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, luxury or multi-label preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS and inventory management systems, and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Team player with willingness to contribute to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Communicate with customers to determine needs and build relationships.
• Handle POS transactions including returns, exchanges, and gift cards.
• Maintain displays, assist with stock transfers and receiving new merchandise.
• Promote Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with customers on social media.
