Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Identify customer needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain an updated client book and build relationships.
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and gift cards accurately.
• Support store operations, displays, and stock transfers.
• Participate in store events and drive rewards engagement.
• Share feedback with management and write daily recaps.
• Protect company assets and follow loss prevention policies.
