Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail excellence. The Sales Associate will deliver a personalized shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and meet personal and store KPIs in a fast-paced Phoenix store.

You will participate in omnichannel selling, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to inventory and visual merchandising tasks while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar setting.
• Knowledge of fashion trends; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Experience with POS, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS.
• Ability to work at a fast pace; lift 25 lb regularly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador; deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals; support daily store operations.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage in social selling.
