Job summary

Coach, a Coach brand store in Minnesota, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to build brand loyalty and drive revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, POS experience, and strong English skills, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar high-end environment.
Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and data capture tools.
Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets and release sheets.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build client relationships with personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage purchases.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
Process transactions and assist with inventory, replenishment and merchandising.
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow policies.
