Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS tools.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand/service standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; support daily store operations.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom; assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
