Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail setting in the United States. The role focuses on delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

You will blend luxury service with omni-channel selling, building relationships and driving revenue. Key responsibilities include brand representation, clienteling, and executing personal sales plans, with opportunities to participate in training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
