Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, cross-selling, and data-driven follow-ups, using mobile POS and social selling platforms to drive loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
