Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Bloomington, MN to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice, utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to inventory, merchandising, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media/video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence; adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Assist teammates in various areas and support brand initiatives.
