Neiman Marcus is hiring a Manager of Retail Performance and Store Operations to drive efficiency and profitability in-store. You’ll lead execution of the Operational Excellence strategy, focusing on productivity while elevating the customer experience.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Retail Performance and Store Operations, partnering with Sales, Brand Experience, and Visual merchandising to optimize set-ups and events. A 4-year degree and luxury retail leadership are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail operations or store performance.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Proven track record achieving business results.
• History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
• Advanced business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Executes to compliance of SOPs/directives for Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance, Accounting.
• Oversees daily store operations tasks including merchandising handling, pricing, and inbound/outbound freight.
• Manages timely fulfillment and shipping of online and store orders.
• Maintains inventory control and accuracy processes.
• Trains and sustains process optimization standards.
• Manages staffing with Sr. RPSO Manager and optimizes resources.
• Collaborates on merchandising setup and in-store events and activations.
• Coaches direct team on procedures and productivity.
