Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a leader in luxury retail, seeks a Manager of Retail Performance and Store Operations to drive operational performance, maximize sales and profitability, and elevate the customer experience in a Neiman Marcus store. You will report to the Sr.

Manager, Retail Performance and Store Operations, overseeing daily tasks from merchandise handling to inventory controls and event activations. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, with a willingness to work a flexible

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Proven track record achieving business results.
• History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
• Advanced business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a team-win mentality.
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute to compliance of all SOP/directives for Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance, Accounting and other functions.
• Oversee daily store operations tasks: merchandise handling, transfers, pricing, inbound/outbound freight, timely fulfillment, packing and shipping, inventory control and accuracy.
• Manage support team labor, scheduling, and staffing in partnership with Sr. RPSO Manager.
• Flex resources and priorities to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support salesfloor replenishment.
• Collaborate on merchandising and sale setup/signage with Sales and Visual teams.
• Support instore events and activations with Brand Experience and Visual teams.
• Train and coach direct team on operational procedures and productivity.
