Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Store Operations Manager for a Neiman Marcus location in Oak Brook, IL. You will oversee store operations to improve efficiency, profitability, and the customer experience while supporting sales performance.

You will manage merchandise handling, inventory, staffing, and coaching, and collaborate with Sales, Visual, and Brand Experience teams. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience; luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve business results and lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Advanced business acumen and analytical skills, strong communication, and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; a four‑year degree is preferred.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; role may involve standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
