Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking an Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling at a Neiman Marcus store location. You will work under the RPSO Manager and help drive store sales and customer experience.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, ability to stand and lift up to 35 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Medical and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility handling competing tasks with a team approach.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and assist with directing leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, inbound/outbound freight and pricing.
• Fulfill online and in-store orders, pack and ship as needed.
• Maintain stockroom organization and follow safety procedures on dock and in work areas.
