Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Manager to lead store operations, optimize processes, and drive sales and profitability in a luxury retail environment. You will manage merchandise handling, inventory controls, and fulfillment for online and store orders, while coaching teams and aligning with Sales and Visual teams.

The role requires several years in luxury retail, a four-year degree preferred, and a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
• Advanced business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a "Win together" mentality.
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Executes to compliance of SOPs for Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance, Accounting and other functions.
• Oversees daily store operations tasks: merchandise handling, transfers, pricing, inbound/outbound freight.
• Ensures timely fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Maintains inventory control and accuracy processes.
• Trains and sustains process optimization standards; manages labor & scheduling.
• Partners with Sales Leaders on merchandising setups and in-store events.
