Job summary

Cartier is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Palo Alto to ensure policy execution, coordinate opening/closing, manage stock movements, and uphold brand standards in the boutique. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work retail hours including weekends.

You will support boutique operations, assist with shipments, inventory counts, and client experience while collaborating with management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work retail hours (including weekends) and travel for trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper stock movement and inventory control.
• Uphold Cartier standards and brand knowledge in boutique operations.
• Support client experience and back office operations.
• Assist with shipments, transfers, and receiving procedures for high-value items.
