Job summary

Cartier Boutique in Palo Alto is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the commercial success by maintaining compliance and operational excellence across day-to-day admin, financial, logistics and inventory processes, ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will collaborate with boutique management and client-facing teams to optimize workflows, monitor paperwork, and assist with audits, while handling product movements, shipping, receiving and inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; prior luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate boutique opening and closing, product movements, shipping and receiving, and inventory counts.
• Monitor sales transactions and paperwork, support ecommerce and other operational flows, and assist with audits and action plans.
• Manage boutique supplies, uphold standards for the boutique environment, and support repair services and special projects.
• Partner with boutique management and client-facing teams to improve workflows, share operational best practices, and achieve KPIs.
