Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support boutique day-to-day processes, compliance, and logistics.

You will manage transactions, inventory movements, and stock control while assisting with client repairs, audits, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced luxury environment. A degree and SAP knowledge are preferred; weekends and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Maison policies and procedures within the boutique; champion compliance.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage product movement in/out of boutique including shipments and transfers.
• Ensure quality control and prevent stock losses during handling of high value items.
• Monitor boutique sales finances; ensure transactions and paperwork are timely and accurate.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations and client experience.
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock movements for annual inventory.
• Maintain boutique standards for facilities, vendors, tools, and technology.
• Assist with client repair flow, reports, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Contribute to boutique audits and action plan execution.
• Participate in daily setup and breakdown for opening/closing; communicate effectively with management.
