Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Beverly Hills boutique. The role focuses on daily operational excellence, compliance with Maison policies, and supporting transactional activities, logistics, and inventory control to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, luxury retail or hospitality experience, strong computer skills including MS Office, and a willingness to work retail hours and travel for

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Industry experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work retail hours and travel for trainings

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper understanding and execution of all Maison policies and procedures within the boutique
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures
• Manage day-to-day operations including shipments, transfers, consignments, and stock movements
• Monitor financial aspects of boutique sales and ensure proper paperwork is submitted to corporate teams
• Support transactional flows (ecommerce) for efficient operations and client experience
• Coordinate inventory control processes and annual inventory
• Partner with management to implement action plans and standards
